How to Book an Interview or Workshop

Step by step
- 1 Open the link your researcher shared for their post.
- 2 Look at the list of times under "Times to book."
- 3 Tap "Book this slot" on a time that works for you.
- 4 It changes to "Booked -- tap to cancel" to confirm.
- 5 Tap it again any time to cancel and free up the spot.

Some research posts offer interview or workshop times you can book. Open the link the researcher shared for their post, then look for "Times to book." You'll see a list of available slots, each with a date and time. Only open slots can be booked — if a time is full, cancelled, or already past, it says so instead of showing a button. Tap "Book this slot." It changes to "Booked — tap to cancel," so you always know where you stand. If you can no longer make it, tap that same button to cancel and free up the spot for someone else. Spaces are limited, so only book a time you're confident you can make.
